This article examines classical and modern leadership theories, demonstrating that effective leadership can emerge across disciplines and is not limited to politics. It proposes reforms to student unions, including issue-based departments, feedback systems, inclusive spaces, mentorship, and integrated training, to broaden participation and strengthen leadership. It concludes that restructured unions can become vital incubators for inclusive and socially responsible leadership.
