Creativity is a coveted skill set, yet no one appears to understand it fully. For some, it seems to come as easy as breathing, while others find themselves yearning for it endlessly. Over the last few decades, research on creativity and intelligence has debunked much of what we believe and made these skills a lot more approachable.
