The fact that human activities increase emissions of carbon and other greenhouse gases that lead to climate change, is well documented. These changes lead to drought, heatwaves, floods, wildfires, failed crops, and storms, which in turn, affect humans. The physical effects of climate change are well known however, it also has a psychological impact on humans. Knowing about these harmful consequences, efforts have been made to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Many countries have looked into the matter and have come together to work towards a sustainable future.
