The urban world is largely on a digital diet. And everyone has the liberty to choose what appeases their appetite. But is there there’s something about this diet (as with all diets) that is detrimental to us humans?

The article is a review of a Netflix series 13 Reasons Why and intends to throw light on depression and associated health risks such as suicide among adolescents. Despite being lauded for its nuanced handling of suicide, the series provides a reductionist explanation to suicide and fails to address important aspects, namely - prevention.
